This is a blessed Book We have revealed into you for pondering in Its verses, and for reminding those who are endowed with intelligence.
This verse reminds the believers to ponder in the verses of the Blessed Book Adhikr and to become self-sufficient. Since the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar have become a bore and worthless people by forgetting Adhikr, they can’t utilize It. But by pointing out the events which Adhikr has mentioned and which happened in the horizons, it is the duty of the believers to encourage other people of Messenger’s community endowed with intelligence to utilize It as explained in verse 17: 102.
The people endowed with intelligence should remember that Adhikr which explains all these events is the Three Time Knowledge of the Three Time Knower Lord and It is the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium, as well as It is meant for the whole of mankind. This verse also reminds us that the soul of the whole of mankind is from the single Creator, and the body is made by mingling the sperm of the male and the ovum of the female which is the vehicle to travel for the soul. And so no one has the right to select their parents, children, the era or place of birth and death, sex, ethnicity, etc. If mankind is aware of these facts, terrorism, communalism, racism, superstitions, mischievous deeds, bloodshed, etc. can be eradicated to an extent, and thus harmony in mankind can be formed.
